In the 1980s, the eloquent silence of Japanese avant-garde defined the identity of the boutique:
minimalism as revelation, subtraction as the highest form of elegance.

In the 1990s the need for new spaces led to the exploration of unexpected architectures: in the Caserta
boutique collections by Alaïa, Prada, Margiela, Comme des Garçons, and Romeo Gigli found a home among raw concrete walls and velvet drapes.

n 2010, the opening of the new space on Corso Europa 205 in San Marcellino marked a return to the origins.
