How can I track an order and what are the delivery times?

Equipeboutique.eu ships worldwide using DHL.
From the moment the shipment is handed over to the courier, the customer will receive a notification email containing the tracking number. Delivery will take place within the timeframes specified on the “Shipping and Delivery” page, based on the destination.

How can I cancel an order?

Customers may request order cancellation only if the order has not yet been processed by sending an email to customerservice@equipeboutique.eu.

How do I make a return?

To request a return, the customer may send an email to customerservice@equipeboutique.eu. Following the request, an authorization email will be sent along with the necessary documents for shipping.

What is a pre-order?

On equipeboutique.eu it is possible to pre-order items that are not yet available in stock and whose delivery is expected in the following months from suppliers.
