RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Returns and Refunds)
In accordance with Italian law (Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21/02/2014), the customer has the right to return product(s) by submitting a return request within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once the request has been submitted, the customer is required to return the product(s) to EQUIPE within 14 days from the return authorization date.
Before placing an order, we kindly ask you to read and ensure you can comply with the following conditions:
• Items must be returned in perfect condition, with all tags, security seals, and packaging intact. Any inner packaging (e.g. box, dust bag, sachets) and any accessories received with the order must also be returned in their original condition. The shipping label must be affixed only to the shipping package and never directly on branded boxes (e.g. shoe boxes).
• Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
• Footwear must be returned without signs of wear and in their original packaging.
• Socks, underwear, and swimwear must be tried on over your own clothing. EQUIPE will not accept returns for items that appear worn or are unclean.
• Returns can be shipped only from the country and address to which the order was originally delivered.
• Items must have been purchased online, not in-store.
• In accordance with Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the following products cannot be returned:
- Electronic items, IT products, cosmetics, and perfumes that have been sealed and opened by the customer;
- Items that by their nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Products that have been made to measure or personalized (e.g. gift packaging) upon customer request during checkout.
EQUIPE reserves the right to refuse any returns that have not been authorized or that do not comply with the return conditions listed above.
In such cases, EQUIPE will return the product(s) at the customer's expense to the original shipping address.
RETURN FEES
EQUIPE charges a small fee to contribute to return shipping costs. This contribution allows us to improve our return process, ensuring efficient handling and faster service, ultimately improving the overall customer experience.

Italy: 9.90 €
European Union: 29.90 €
Rest of the World: 49.90 €
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To request a return, the customer must send an email to customerservice@equipeboutique.eu .
Once the return request is received, you will receive an authorization email along with the necessary documents for returning the product(s).
If customs charges apply, these will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund at the time of processing.
REFUND PROCEDURE
Once we receive your return, we will verify that all conditions listed above have been met. If everything is in order, we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The refund will only include the value of the returned items. Any shipping fees will remain at the customer's expense.
Refunds are usually processed within a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the customer's bank.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences due to currency fluctuations cannot be reimbursed.
RETURN FREQUENCY POLICY
EQUIPE reserves the right to suspend an account if an unusually high return rate is detected, pending further investigation.
Customer Service will contact the customer via email to help resolve the issue and restore the account.
EXCHANGES
EQUIPE does not offer direct exchanges.
