Below are the shipping rates by geographic area. Free shipping applies only when the order exceeds the specified threshold with one or more full-price items.

Free  DHL Express Shipping for orders over € 150.00 (1–2 business days)

DHL Express Shipping  € 9,90 for orders under € 150.00 (1–2 business days)

EUROPEAN UNION

Free  DHL Express Shipping for orders over € 400.00 (1–2 business days)

DHL Express Shipping € 29,90 for orders under € 400.00 (1–2 business days)

REST OF THE WORLD

Free  DHL Express Shipping for orders over € 650.00 (1–2 business days)

DHL Express Shipping € 49.90 for orders under € 650.00 (1–2 business days)

Prices on the website include VAT.

For all countries, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These must be paid directly to the courier, according to the courier's instructions.

Please note: if a package is not collected by the customer for any reason, shipping costs and any customs fees related to the automatic return to equipeboutique.eu will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a notification email including the tracking number.

Shipping Notes

Perfumes

Perfumes are classified as "dangerous goods" and are subject to IATA regulations for air transport. Therefore, they are shipped in special packaging with appropriate markings and must not exceed 150 ml.

Perfume shipments are only available to the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America, and Vatican City.

If your order includes other items, perfumes will be shipped separately and cannot be gift-wrapped.

Jewelry

Please note that jewelry and fashion jewelry cannot be shipped to the Russian Federation.
